Scott Costantino was recently sworn in as FLABOTA President at the group's Annual Meeting held at the Four Seasons Disney Resort in Orlando. FLABOTA is the Florida Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. The mission of FLABOTA is to preserve the right to civil jury trial, to promote professionalism and civility in the practice of law, and to defend the independence of the judiciary.
